Located in Sydney’s busy CBD, Mosaic involves the delivery of a $25 million luxury commercial and residential Tower.  The 14 storey development comprises of 3 levels of commercial office space, 36 luxury residential apartments, retail spaces along with 4 levels of underground basement carparking.

Designed by renowned Australian architect Tony Owen, the unique facade resulted from a parametric calculation of reflected sun onto the site in order to maximise solar amenity. This geometry is then translated into the masonry podium base, which in turn, responds to the heritage warehouses next door.

Due to the nature of the constrained site the Duffy Kennedy team has worked closely with the City of Sydney to minimise the impact of the construction works on the surrounding streets.  Comprehensive material handling strategies were prepared for the management and movement of materials to and from the site.

The delivery of the Mosaic development demonstrates Duffy Kennedy’s ability to deliver high quality buildings on constrained CBD sites.

Palisade

Contract Value: $75 million

This $75 million development involves the delivery of 197 luxury residential apartments over two 7 storey towers. A large consolidated common area located between the two buildings will provide communal open space and includes a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and seating areas and barbeques. There are two basement levels that provide 305 car parking spaces for the residents and visitors, each basement level also contains resident storage cages, bin storage and lift access to the units above.

Luxurious interiors play on the resort-like atmosphere. Open layouts really work to maximise space and light with superior planning emphasising ideal aspects and interior flow.

Duffy Kennedy’s $15 million design and construct project at Neutral Bay comprises thirteen oversized three bedroom luxury apartments.  Built into the sandstone escapement with an expressive façade the building is striking. The generously sized balconies are wrapped in glass balustrades allowing for uninterrupted views and strategically-placed lourves that shade from the glare. The interior is an example of elegant minimalism working in tandem with refreshingly low-tech sensibilities. With bespoke finishes of the highest caliber each apartment will be meticulously finished.

Working closely with the Architect and consultant team Duffy Kennedy has implemented design and quality management systems to ensure this high quality development is realized.

Union Place

Contract Value: $35 million

Situated on the old Jannali Hotel site, the $35 million Union Place consists of two 6 storey towers accommodating 89 residential apartments.  On the group level there will be a community tavern. There will be a 4 split-level basement car parking and the development will be serviced by 2 passenger lifts.

Fine finishes framed by a glass frontage works seamlessly with the community entertainment venue below. The interiors through the 2 and 3 bedroom residences across Union Place offer open plan living that responds to modern day needs and comfortability alike.

Chelsea Croydon

Chelsea is an 8 storey building with eighty-one architecturally designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments situated over a 2 storey basement car park.

Duffy Kennedy was engaged through an Early Contractor involvement (ECI) role drawing upon our design and construction expertise to assist with cost planning and provision of design and buildability advice.

Chelsea Croydon unites pioneering style with timeless elegance in the. Versatile in layout and aesthetic, each residence boasts efficient spatial planning and modern interiors.

Interiors feature engineered oak floorboards, quality joinery and stone, complimented by exteriors of materials such as textured concrete and masonry offset by crafted metal detailing and timber screening ultimately enhancing the streetscape of the local Croydon area.

Station Gardens

This $26 million project, situated in the heart of Auburn consists of 87 architecturally designed apartments in a 9 storey building over a 3 storey basement car park.

The development comprises of seven 1 bedroom units, seventy 2 bedroom units and ten 3 bedroom units, all of which have high quality finishes and have a large floor area specifically designed to offer versatility to the buyers and investors.

The project is a unique and modern development which will become a feature in the evolving area.
