The Watkins Tapsell Commercial project comprised a four-storey commercial building incorporating office accommodation and showroom spaces. The building façade featured a predominantly commercial-grade frameless glass curtain wall, while each 1,000sqm floor plate utilised precast concrete façade elements. Located along the Princes Highway, the development delivered a prominent commercial presence with contemporary architectural finishes and flexible workspace solutions.
