The Watkins Tapsell Commercial project involved the design and construction of a four-storey commercial property incorporating office space and showrooms. The building façade featured a predominantly commercial grade frameless glass curtain wall. Situated along the Princess Highway, each floor plate is 1,000 sqm, and utilises precast concrete façades.
