Timing was everything for this project, with our team staging the delivery of three individual buildings to allow the client to continue operating during construction. The $28 million Presbyterian Aged Care project consists of 42 senior independent living units and a mixed-use college building featuring an auditorium, two levels of teaching spaces and lecture theatres, plus a two-level library. The existing heritage listed federation house was also adapted as the College’s administration area.
