Working through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), we achieved savings of $1.4 million for the client through intelligent construction solutions. Delfino Commercial comprises of four levels of retail and commercial tenancy with a three-level underground car park. From specification and scope, to build completion, the entire project was complete in just 15 months. The majority of the savings were identified through a value management assessment where we make sure each asset obtains maximum value. Since completion, Delfino Commercial has been nominated for numerous awards based on its external façade complexity, which comprises of detailed formwork, glazing, steel and timberwork elevations.
